Do I need to speak with a provider?

No. If you choose an E-Consult, everything is handled online via secure messages. A phone consult is available if you prefer to talk directly with a provider.

How much does the consult cost?

Our one-time consult fee is $50. This covers your intake review and provider evaluation. You are not obligated to purchase a treatment plan afterward.

How soon will I hear back?

Submissions are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a message in your patient portal with next steps or your treatment plan.

Do you ship medications?

Yes. Once your treatment plan is approved, prescriptions are shipped directly to your door through our partner pharmacy.

What if I need labs?

We can order cash-pay labs if needed, or you may provide recent labs you already have. Your provider will guide you if labs are required.

Can I ask questions after my consult?

Absolutely. You can reply to your provider’s message in the portal or schedule a follow-up phone consult at any time.

Treatment Process

  • Registration ($100 fee) includes all appointments (e-consultation or phone consultation), shipping, and supplies for the program.
  • Invoices for the registration fee, questionnaire, and consent forms will be emailed.
  • Program payment invoice will be sent.
  • Injections will be ordered, and dosage and administration instructions will be provided via email.
  • A progress appointment will be scheduled (e-consultation or phone consultation) three weeks later to go over your results and determine next steps in your transformation.

Getting Started

This weight loss program is offered on a monthly basis. A provider will prescribe Semaglutide or Tirzepatide and guide you on how to self-administer the injections at home.

Treatment Process

  • Invoices for the registration fee, weight loss questionnaire, and consent forms will be emailed.
  • Bloodwork will be ordered through Quest Diagnostics once forms are submitted and the deposit is paid.
  • Lab results and the program payment invoice will be sent.
  • Medication will be ordered, and dosage and administration instructions will be provided via email.
  • A progress appointment will be scheduled (e-consultation or phone consultation) three weeks later to go over your results and determine next steps in your transformation.
